I purchased a BMW from Suzuki Hollingsworth Motors in Denton Texas in 2003 and have had nothing but trouble since. Using Suzukis Service Center they never found anything wrong with the car, up to and including the air conditioning, even though I had complaints, I was told that was just the way the car cooled and that was how the car ran. Stupid me I believed them. It wasnt until the crooks went out of business that I learned I did not have the extended warranty that I purchase. Suzuki Hollinsworth Motors never sent the money to the underwriter.
